An AI developer signs the same Accord as any other organisation. It creates no financial stake, no penalty, no capability threshold written by this website, and no training pause designed here. It is a public statement of support for legitimate, coordinated governance.
If governments, international institutions and qualified experts later create binding frameworks, we will link to and track those. We will not invent them.
