Organisations

Endorse on behalf of an organisation.

An organisation endorsement says that the organisation itself supports the Accord. That is a claim about other people, so it is checked by a person before it appears anywhere.

Before you start

You need to have signed the Accord yourself and confirmed your email, because the application is tied to your verified address rather than to anything typed into this form.

We compare that address against the organisation’s own domain. A mismatch is not a rejection, plenty of people have good reason to use another address, but it means the reviewer has to see other evidence before approving.

If the organisation develops AI systems, two different reviewers must agree before it is published.

What this does not do

Endorsing as an organisation never converts you, or anyone who works there, into an individual signature. Your signature stays yours, and nobody else’s is created.

Nothing about the organisation appears on this site while the application is open, not its name, not that it applied.

The registered name, not a product or a team name.

We compare this domain against the address you verified when you signed. A mismatch does not reject your application; it means the reviewer has to see other evidence.

Where the organisation is registered

Does the organisation develop AI systems?

If it does, the endorsement needs two reviewers rather than one. A reviewer confirms this answer before anything is published.

A reviewer reads this. Name the decision that was taken and who took it, a board resolution, a delegated authority, your own position if it carries the power to bind.

Verification check

An automatic check that you are a person. It usually completes on its own with nothing to do. There is no puzzle to solve and no images to identify.
